The slightly contrived acronym GAOSY stands for:
Gastronomic Adventures Of Senior Year.
Take it as you will. Cooking adventures, restaurant memories, and just plain eating things that taste and look damn good. Even better? Finally having the time to do so as a senior with little worries and much time.
